Kate is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and Rodney Inn of Court. Kate obtained her law degree from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, in 2007 where she earned distinction for her performance in Temple’s respected Integrated Trial Advocacy Program. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University, cum laude, in 2002. Kate is licensed to practice law in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Experience
Kate brings a wide range of experience to her representation of her clients. She began her career defending everything from Fortune 500 corporations to mom-and-pop businesses from liability matters. She has also worked closely with insurance companies to evaluate and defend claims. A national insurance company selected Kate to be an emergency response attorney in its commercial trucking division, where she was tasked with responding to the scene when major accidents occurred to provide counsel. As a result of this work, Kate has developed a sophisticated understanding of how companies and insurers evaluate and resolve claims. Kate has litigated claims involving medical negligence, premises liability, construction site accidents, and defective products. Kate’s breadth of experience enables her to develop practical and effective legal strategies to obtain the best results for her clients.
